Loyyal's worth may not be so black and white. Much like an old house, the seller no longer wants it, someone buys it and value-adds, and sells for a profit. RFN obviously see some valid play going forward. At the very least, if they successfully bid, they'll transform Loyyal in some way to put lipstick on a pig for a pump. That's about the only thing they're good at.

New prospects may be formed for Loyyal, attracting new investors. Failure is attributed to management a lot of the time. There may have been a lot of political infighting and wasted money by previous management. There could be hundreds of factors. I expect the Loyyal saga is not a simple binary assessment. Then again, it could be.
