BIT have gone into a Trading Halt twice since they floated in Dec 2000,
In 2015 & 2018, both to announce a Material Capital Raise.
They have never had a TH to announce any results previous to this announcement.
They have just released the announcements to the market before the start of trading so I fail to see orchestrated pump and dumps by the company in the past, I'm sure that they leave that up to the traders.

So that leads me to believe that this announcement will be of some substance compared to previous or the management have changed their protocols when it comes to releases.

I like your style Big Kev and largely agree with your sentiment, but lets not give the downiest any ammunition.

BIT have had eight THs in the past 20 years, two with positive news, six announcing CRs.

This time though, they are more advanced in developed, and certainly have the right product at the right time.
