This will never be a mine. Nobody is lending these clowns $150m to build a mine. There are no roads, power, infrastructure, water management, mining licences, environmental plans etc and people are talking about heap leaching?! Even with a huge gamble on getting capex lending this could be a mine in 10 years maybe.
