When another company had a share offer application exceeded last year, they gave the same percentage to everyone who qualified and applied. So, say it was 25%, then the people who applied for $10,000 got $2,500 worth and the people who applied for $20,000 got $5,000 worth etc. It was all based on what was applied for, not current or previous share holdings.
