Frankie I could not agree more and started discussing exactly that in September 2007 when Bluestone Mortgages and RAMS started to falter (I am a Banker by Trade).
I highlighted it to my clients Feb-September 2008 then highlighted it more precisly here on HotCopper in October 2008 "This is 1929 Repeating".
