    Hey Ash,

    We get what you are saying but it would be inefficient and thus costly for a block manufacturer to do that, even Wienerberger. The brick/block manufacturer is actually quite limited in their packaging as each run is size and composition specific (colour, tensile strength, density etc).

    Hypothetically, say FBR need 1000 blocks to complete a build; 600 will be standards, 200 will be halves, 100 quarters and 100 three quarters which will be say, 10 pallets. The block/brick manufacturer can give them that specific amount spread across the 10 pallets (100/pallet)but it will not be financially feasible for them to package it according to the CAD model of each build as it will put far too much of a reliance on their packaging systems, thus making them liable.
