when we get the next Ann we should have a better idea on what the CR will be used for, but here is a Summary .

Lithium
DD on Argentina due by the 30th September. If the JV goes through then Integra have the expertise and the funds for exploration, drilling and more importantly production. They are a billion dollar plus company that, among other things, specialise in funding mining companies. In other words, if we have lithium then be sure we see this all the way to production.

Gold,

News will start to come in from permissions, exploration, permits, drilling, assays etc...

The Rangitira Project is located in the southern part of the Lachlan Fold Belt that is host to many major gold and copper mines including Cadia-Ridgeway (Resources and Reserves of 69.8 Moz of gold and 12.4 Mt of copper) and North Parkes.
Latin to commence exploration activities in the priority targets of the historical high-grade mines of Rangatira and Perseverance deposits.Latin Resources intends on carrying out the pre-drilling exploration activities that would initially involve the acquisition of high-resolution geophysics, in particular low level closely spaced TEM type of surveys method in conjunction with detailed data compilation and interpretation followed by structural control studies/interpretations leading to drilling target definition. This approach will enable the prioritisation of high value targets and initial reconnaissance drill testing to be completed.

Also keep in mind that Cadia and North Parkes Gold discoveries are porphyry discovery and finger porphyries discoveries which we know a lot more about now than we did years ago. This is something I found from Invictus Minerals dated 30/01/2013. I don't know why but it was not mentioned in LRS's announcements . My guess is that it's precautionary because they couldn't verify the info. check the diamond drilling highlighted yellow.

Lachlan fold belt, a number of gold producing mines in early 1900's.
Very little exploration has been done near these mines. A bulk cyanide leach soil geochemistry
survey in 1989 identified several anomalous areas for follow up work including the Rangitara
and Meribong Prospects. Trench samples returned very anomalous results of up to 25 m at
5.6 g/t with grab samples up to 314 g/t gold.Follow up diamond drilling at Rangitara returned
intercepts of 3 m at 5.7 g/t from 93 m (including 1 m at 16.9 g/t) and 1.5 m at 6.3 g/t from 124 m
(including 0.5 m at 13.2 g/t).



Halloysite,
drilling permits lodged we are waiting for permits any day now, we should be drilling by end of the year.
The Company has carried out significant field work since securing
the project including having soil sampling assayed by an independent expert being First Test
Minerals, a United Kingdom based kaolin and halloysite specialist.
These results presented by the independent expert have confirmed the prospectivity of the
project. The results were very encouraging and give confidence to further explore the project
via a deeper and expanded drill program.

Copper
we won't hear anything till 2021.
