Shirley Meng in her interview with Jordan on The Limiting Factor was asked toward the end of the interview if she thought Graphite would be replaced quickly, which was one of my final concerns for the short-mid term future of Novonix (at least as far as PUREGraphite goes). Her answer was very clear - no, graphite use in anodes is here to stay for at least 5-10 years before anything else gets to scale to replace it. So, the company/companies that manufacture the best graphite and infuse Silicon into the graphite will do very well. This bodes very well for Novonix, and now I think a LOT of things would have to go wrong for them not to be a major player in the battery world for the next decade.
