Need to look where each of these groups hold assets i.e. countries, & also the types of assets.
Not all property assets behave in the same manner i.e. office blocks very different to shopping centres. Each country now carries its own risks i.e. currency & political stability.
Perhaps more detailed research required. Personally not that familiar with VPG assets, but I like CER assets better because they are shopping centres.
