Looking at the big picture i believe they are truly confident on their plans.
Its the risk factor that is what this is all about,& if you believe in the Elk boards ability.
They have leased half of land in Wyoming/Montana & the gas pressure readings are not going away.

We only need one good show in all that leased land & with directors loaded with shares..they believe they have a high chance of putting this together.
