Simply Wall Street is computer generated Mumbo Jumbo.
All ASX small caps have considerable 'insider' ownership. It just means that have given themselves huge amounts of freebies. The share 'wealth' is purely hypothetical because any attempt to sell nearly always causes a price crash. The directors real wealth comes from fees and exorbitant salaries.
