The new radiation hardening we found out about the other day would also be beneficial for military uses. If they can prevent the bad guys using electromagnetic radiation from damaging the chip... I don't see many other access points - outside of the kinetic option which isn't as easy as it sounds - where the enemies could attack the platform and preventing it from doing what it does.
