Specifically re: the SPP - no surprises here given the share price over the last weeks.
The lesser shares on issue means a higher buy-in price for J-POWER. Up to $0.27, from $0.267.
From my perspective, nothing matters except closing K2H in either Q3 or Q4, and everyone from J-POWER, Qld Govt, EA, and NAIF believe that will happen.
