    I think you make some really good points but factoring in the dividend cut the unfranked yield is still a little under 6 percent which seems quite competitive to me amongst the REITS. I also looked through the annual reports and it seems like most of the properties are sitting on the books at the value they were purchased for which would be what their deriving the NTA from? I would have expected those that were purchased 5-7 years ago to have appreciated quite strongly (obviously factoring in a drop this year).
