I suggest you read QBE's announcements carefully. On 9 January, they stated they were accepting multiple applications from nominee shareholders purporting to represent different actual shareholders.
On 16 January, they said they were rejecting multiple applications from shareholders with multiple HINs.
Its clear that most of this SPP was scammed by institutional shareholders who already got 95% of the issue back in December.
I paid by BPAY and havent got a refund yet.
