If the government department wants your stuff, they right the scope to really only fit your equipment. I work for a company that makes really good civil, constuction and mining equipment. We have had several big government departments and large councils write their scope after inspecting our equipment. Once they put the job out to tender, all of the pretenders cant meet the scope and we have won the contracts.
