Does the Australian Shareholders Association do the type of thing the "collective" has done here?
Probably not, because most votes would be counted by an independent body I suppose, so there would be no need. Perhaps he learned this stuff in Zimbabwe lol.
I agree with your earlier sentiment though. For CVI to have gone to this trouble this shareholder group is getting under their skin. Additionally, I think it shows they, and I include all directors and the company secretary here, have something to hide. Surely they all have clear duties to shareholders under the law, regardless of what CVI's constitution says.
