I assume that you have no more information than that which has been made public and in your opinion (you started this thread admonishing watchers that now is the time to buy) and your opinion only the meeting next month will confirm that all is on track and the agreement should be signed soon and that the meetings you brought up resulted in positive outcomes.

Re the large holding, My point is that there can only be passive investors with half the shares owned by one man who fulfills so many senior positions within the organisation. I do not mean it as any citique of his performance (all will be revealed 28.02.09 on that matter... hey palm tree)but merely that it counts against large holders wanting a slice, it's a lot of faith to put in one man and that is what you are buying at least as much as the company. My hope would be that like Kerry Harmanis he'd pay juicy dividends once the money rolls in and take the tax man out of his fortune along with those of the fellow holders.
But thats for the future, how much capital will be required to get there ? and will there be need for another raising anytime soon ? OK I'll DMOR
