    Will2020, no not quite.....
Example, you hold 40,000 shares. You are entitled to 10,000 options at a cost price of $40(40000x0.001c).
These options will be listed on the ASX, so they will be tradable. That means you can buy and sell the CRO options. On the day the options are listed on the ASX, you can buy and sell them. For example, if the share price is 4c, the option may trade up around the 2c level or more.
In regards to options payment, most wait until the payment is due, others may pay the 2.5c earlier, converting to a fully paid share in CRO shares.
So in basic terms, you receive 1 option for every 4 share you hold(total amount of shares you hold, divided by 4). You pay 0.001c or 1 tenth of a cent to purchase the option. In just under 3 years, you will be required to pay 2.5c to convert the option to a fully paid share(normal listed share).
My view is this is a gold mine opportunity.
