I think given the "noise" at the time they should have suspended them when they did. The independent report shows that ISX weren't very diligent around disclosures but you could probably say that about hundreds of companies.

At the time I thought it would only be for a few weeks. After there were question marks about the way ISX reported GPTV volumes I felt that was the trigger for ASX to go all in on the investigation.

Unfortunately for everyone it's been 12 months and turned into an absolute circus. No winners in this regardless of how the court case.
