A little observation re the overlapping patent durations with Elanco. We've recently changed the "Freedom to Operate" wording .. re our right to use MPL on human cancer after 2024.
Preliminary Annual Report, Operation Review commentary:
2019 "we have the freedom"
2020 "we expect to have the freedom"
PharmAust can be subtle. The inference is that Elanco are not automatically conceding the right ... not essential for us but a good negotiator would deliberately hold it back as a negotiating point ... especially if hardball were being played over something of value.
Our surprise in-house production of monepantel. "We have the recipe", get serious or we will attract another partner.
