Couple that with announcement tomorrow of completion of build and we might see a rise!The more of these builds FBR do the more credibility they garner with GPV and SAU. Now they can see HX building in the real world it has become a real option for them to use. If the commercial strategy looks viable enough for these big entities they go for it.
I'd love to know how much they're expecting to charge for start-up in each region.
