small caps ran out of steam , page-4

re: small caps running out of steam? Following my post about a month ago we continue to see weakness at the bottom end of the market with all those I bailed out of thankfully falling much further and in some cases looking like they have the potential to run out of money all together.

On QAD it does seem to have found a new support after breaking the previous 4c support.

I am thinking at low 3s we might see it retest the old support of 4c which has now become the new resistance.
