I was thinking about that recently and if i was in James's position being the CEO and extremely bullish about the company with a large holding and considering Melrose is family I would almost certainly be looking to buy any shares from Melrose that he wanted to cash in as that would also protect the price of his own holding, Melrose is basically retired so i dont think he would be in a hurry to cash in the whole lot considering the potential upside but certainly he may wish to cash in a decent amount to live comfortably on while he waits for this rocket ship and why not keep it in the family...
