The election will be kicking off in October, in just a few weeks time. With the government of Tanzania making noises that the SML will be issued to coincide with the election so that they can run a pro-mining/ foreign investment election platform on the back of the SML, then one can only assume that we will have the SML by the end of next week at the latest.
