@moondoong; I've never claimed that the Chinese Government is as pure as snow - that's your intentional misrepresentation of other posters at work yet again.
I've often remarked on this forum that it's my assessment China's leadership is a brutal totalitarian regime. It's also one which has been working overtime to transform China into a modern market economy and into a better global citizen.
What's different since Morrison and his incredibly stupid Muppets took the helm of HMAS Titanic is that they've followed Trump's lead and set about denigrating and discriminating against China and with as much factual basis as Howard had when we illegally invaded Iraq with Bush.
If Trump loses the White House, Morrison will be left as the only political leader on Earth spitting in China's face. Even if Trump is returned, the USA will progressively replace Australia as the provider of many of China's import needs.
