for me I liked this line "HPA pellets of the desired size and density to match sapphire glass customer.."
From what we do know, A4N has been speaking to a customer that is possibly the leading global sapphire glass maker & based in the USA. i am guessing this could be the end user requiring these types of pellets.
They must be getting close to organizing some offtake here ???
