bnbg trust deed

I managed to get hold of the trust deed and just had a quick run through it (only 70 pages which is a miracle for a legal doc like this). Seems that the Trustee can't make any major changes without a meeting of holders which is good news.

Didn't see yet what % of holders is needed to carry a change to the deed through but there was mention that there was a need for 10% of holders to be able to call a meeting.

I havn't been asked to a meeting so guessing none has been called and we need to wait on the banks for further clarity.....
