Well, I suppose in this climate a reduction in value was inevitable, but still at todays price, it still 4 times lower than the NTA.. As long as they can maintain their dividend, this really should be an outstanding play. Well, I have thought that many times before and been burnt those times too. But, I am willing to hold in hope of the dividend. Far too good to pass up and property will once again become the flavour of the month at some point..
