Div yield about 8 percent at these levels. They have stated they will pay the same dividend as last financial year. Exposure to UAE property is a concern, no one really knows what impact this will have as yet. They have great management and shouldn't be any further writedowns on the infrastructure projects they wrote down. Sellers to buyers isn't great. Sooooooooo many great long term buys out there, this to me is one of them. Toe in the water for me and will look at adding further in the coming months.
