    Hi extralite,

In context, did you see the piece from yesterday's The Australian, where Crazy John's is apparently suing Telstra for $100m (relating back to withdrawal of phone /dealer subsidies, etc).

With the Jacana property development under way, the Telstra legal action, and a myriad of sporting sponsorships and the like, one wonders whether one of the participating directors has sufficient time to devote to "new" SWT activities, going forward (particularly given his involvement in PTL, his likely forward role as SWT's largest shareholder, and a participant in providing future working capital under one of the foreshadowed share placements). A pretty full agenda, I would have thought. Can be done, but perhaps with some fraying at the edges. Undertaking a merger and getting through the detail is always a big ask (in anyone's language). Hence, why I keep querying whether there is a wider CZJ connection to the whole SWT /PTL saga, and whether this could be having any flow-on effect (not likely, but worthwhile asking the question)?
