if they let ISX trade now they are in trouble, if they don't - they are going to court anyhow so may as well hold on for the entire ride - more substantial holders will exit in the coming weeks is my prediction.

could this actually be a multi billion lawsuit against ASX in the end ? with all the following cases that will follow.

I'd be sort of content with .... a dollar figure. more than $1 less than $100 per share held, ill even let them pay it off over the next couple of years.

let's see if the judicial system is fair and balanced - that's my concern.
