    We've had a problem with our NBN connected digital TV. After various attempts at diagnosis we were told it is a Telstra Problem and Telstra said last week it would come yesterday (07/09) to fix. However if they determined the problem is not a Telstra problem, they will bill us for the visit.

    Yesterday - a no show. no notice that they are not coming.

    We sent a message saying we're disappointed.. Today Telstra say the someone rescheduled and didn't tell the person whose job it is to inform us.

    I think often about investing in TLS. Surely it cant go lower I think. Then I have these experiences and I wonder how it stays in business.
