According to news release 2/9/20 JW owns 2,262,500 shares, GH 279,625 shares and RB owns 1,965,204 shares. These numbers are post consolidation. Directors have windows of opportunity to legally buy shares. Directors are sacrificing cash for shares for part of their Directors Fees. What level of ownership do you expect the Directors to own? Not all directors are mega rich.
