I get that pmy has much potential, is undervalued and has a very compelling story here, but with over $100m that needs to be spend on capex, not so much cash and still a few years away from producing silver, I don't know if mkr could be the better investment. Its MC is way higher (triple), the resource is smaller and not so high grade but they have enough cash ( no dilution ), the plant already and will start silver production next year. So while your graph indicate the value per ounce silver is way higher for mkr than for pmy, it negates the value for the plant and shorter path to production. So if you negate the value of the plant for mkr and factor in some serious dilution for pmy ( over $120m ) - can that graph tell really the truth? I will eventually invest in both stocks but would like to hear your opinion on this matter.
