You, I will never put on ignore because you are consistent thread to my past.

I feel for you after all these years of disappointment and I am amazed at your tenacity. This is nothing new as I have told you this before.

I find it impressive how year after year after year after year you have not missed a beat. You have never wavered, you have never compromised even a little on your insistence that property prices are soon to dive.

Each time you have been beaten down by the infuriating habit of the property market to ignore all that you say and yet you never give up.

I am sure that in 2010, 2011, 2012 we will still be here and you will still be telling me how the crash is imminent.
