I believe that the main reason for the share price decline from $3 4 months ago to where it is now was purely based on Perpetual selling.
It was completely manipulated IMO.
It is clear to me that PPT accumulated from July to Sept 2008 and then dumped it's shares all the way down from Sept 3rd onwards.
I wonder if it was a shorting exercise as I'm not sure whether or not PLA could be shorted at that stage?
