Agreed. I wonder who the buyer will be for the facility in which shareholders can dispose of their shares without commissions? The company certainly can’t afford it, and who would be stupid enough to buy these shares assuming they will be worthless in the ‘afterlife’?
As much as GMV has failed us in the past, they have shown some merit by being able to pivot (China vs USA). The Nasdaq is on mother of a pivot, but at least we have a decent game plan, albeit riddled with risk. If successfully listed on the Nasdaq the payoff won’t be instant, but in 12 months if we have doubled our hospital / customer acquisition- things will get interesting. And the people who will be purchasing current shareholders shares (also without paying a commission) will be laughing...
