Hero you are right the MOU has likely been worked on for a long time and well advanced.
All will come out in the next 2 - 3 months.
The value they bring to the table is transformational on many levels.
I'd say the value adds they can bring will assist in improving project economics too.

But don't believe what you read on Hotcopper. Ask the company, or just sit back and watch it all unfold.

I'm going to try and listen in to Roly with his presentation to Foster's if I can squeeze it in between meetings.
