It's worth noting that while the hole will likely finish on Sunday by my calcs, I doubt we'll hit the target zone before the Friday market close.
BHP hit at 1063m. The last 140m are crucial. Suspect they'll reach this depth late friday/early saturday but those are my best guesses based on the annonucement on the 1st of Sept.
