    Defanatly not the day to release this positive announcement with dow down 2.26% and NASDAQ down
    Pizzed off that we had a please explain, The thing I like is stage 2 is ticked, that takes some of the risk out of it, and the co is quietly confident in stage 3.
    Now all we need is some news on how the vectors is going. Thats the headline act imo
