Yes I sold at 4.5.but didn't you just finish saying that no one cares when I buy or sell! A bit contradictory there.
Yes I could have held and tripled my money but everyone is a genius with hindsight. I could also have held this same company for two years and only just been returning to break even while many other stocks ten bagged in just the last 6 months.
In any case, straight after I sold, I also said I might buy back on any pull back. I didn't down ramp like some suggested and at the end of the day I did buy back at 12 and managed to get my average buy price down a bit. I'm happy with that and no one else needs to care about it but that's why my sentiment shows held again. I sold higher because it seemed there were people that knew this news was coming and I took the punt they would sell on the news and I sold just in case hoping to buy back lower as posted at the time. Not down ramping.
As for the news, like everyone else, I thought any MOU with Alcoa was great to see but there are conditions precedent and the wording suggests there is still some work to do before they have finished getting the process right. That implies there is still some process risk remaing before they can move to a FID, although I have no idea how much or how little because there is no detail on this released by the company.
I'd also like to see someone post a copy of anything which actually states just how much HPA has been produced by this company and at what average grade for any given quantity because I still can't find anything and you'll have to excuse me for not relying on what I read on HC like many others seem happy to do. I don't mean how much was aimed for, I mean a statement that shows actual amounts and grades produced.
