All depends on where the raise goes to. We need institutions to get this story into the dollars... institutions will never just buy on market without having been set in a raise before because the word leaks out that they're accumulating and then everyone pushes the price up. They need a placement to get started. With luck, there are a bunch of solid names who then get into the aftermarket before and after the scoping study.

Very smart move by scott to lock these guys in before the study. Means if the numbers are half good then it will really pop post the study
