As you know NZ, we have had better luck dealing with the BOD in the past as a block - last time this was arranged with MM's help.
It's coming up to AGM season and I would be all in favour of puting beyond doubt the need for better SH communications - next steps with clear timelines and regular updates. All this cloak and dagger nonsense has to stop and, without the constraints of the Elanco option, there is now no good reason for SHs to be kept in the dark. While the BOD is required to update the market on material matters, there is nothing preventing them from providing more regular bulletins to keep SHs appraised of company activities. This is just standard practice for so many biotechs.
