As always the company is guilty of not telling the entire story. Clearly they have issues with the US$95M facility - why not tell the market if that is the case? I am sure they have a lawyer advising them that they do not need to until the 31st January - but that does not make it right. And at what price/conditions is this stand by facility available at? Does anyone think that might be a key price driver? You cannot trust these guys.
