I would think that surely they would have to mean in theory as i fail to see how they could just cancel the notes or just ignore their existance if they intend to keep the company running as a shell. If they were going into administration then that would be a different story but i think hopefully we are just panicking over a misinterpretation as i fail to fathom how they could justify ignoring BNBG rights nor how it would have any legality.
