IMO it's a misleading ambiguous announcement and has likely been worded this way intentionally.
It is now in McCabe's interests to have a low share price for the short term to justify a low average share price.
Very dissapointing, don't be surprised if this gets voted down like the pay rise they tried to get at the AGM
