A1, your comment 500K for a dump is a rip off. I actually bought a house over the phone, sight unseen from a realestate agent in the same price range. The reason why I bought was that i knew the area and it was the size of the block and what you can do that interested me. so 500k may or may not be a good deal, it all depends on other factors.
