Stock Tops: I for one will be amazed if WPL is a bidder.Their burns from their last foray ino Mauritania must still be hurting. Most of what they did backfired .Their estimates of reserves at Chinguetti were wrong and they sold out at the first opportunity.Understand Mauritainian government wasn't too happy with WPL either .I personally think the Chinese, who FAR have dealt, with will be the successfull bidders. They might also buy FAR interest in the China field as part of the deal.WPL have IMO failed in the area and hope they are not the successful bidders.They haven't the b**** to stay the distance!!
