Hi @Sam2019, understand your concern. Taking into consideration ASX's defence in the interlocutory proceedings, it is reasonable to expect ASX to already have 1-8 in their defence. I think they will be there regardless of the disrespect and arrogance it shows regarding the legal system and the judge. ASX is supposed to be defending a charge of "false and misleading" (false and/or misleading?) actions and what I think they will do is primarily use false and misleading information as a defence. Go figure. Really?! Hot Copper Posts? The Media? Gadens - re @lowkev Post #: 47159536 (not in my list - wish I had thought of that one!)?
As for 9 and 10, I am not sure ASX is really THAT stupid although ASX did use 10 in the interlocutory proceedings.
